We connect people to training, credentials, and careers through 12-week certificate pathways, a Community Tech & Trades Hub, and youth mentorship—built with local employers and colleges.
Mission
We serve veterans, first responders, and future heroes by removing barriers to skills, jobs, and community—through targeted training, strong partnerships, and hands-on support across LaPorte County and beyond.
Status: We’re applying for 501(c)(3). Donations may be routed through a fiscal sponsor until approval.
Programs
Workforce Training Pathways
12-week certificates in IT basics & cybersecurity, CNC & advanced manufacturing, welding, and skilled trades.
Community Tech & Trades Hub
Resume workshops, job counseling, employer connections, and hiring events open to LaPorte County residents.
Youth Development
Mentorship, career exposure, and service projects that prepare students for tomorrow’s opportunities.
